Abhyanga €60

A personalized massage using only specially formulated 100% organic herbal oils and using specific techniques to balance Dosha. Abhyanga calms Vata, pacifies Pitta and energises Kapha. It rehydrates the body's tissues, releases tension, stress and blockages in the body and removes knots in muscle. This massage enhances vitality (prana) and initiates the elimination of toxins from the body, improving the functions of the vital organs. Abhyanga leaves both body and mind energized, soothed and relaxed.                                                      

Ayurvedic Head Massage €45

this head massage can be performed with the client seated or lying. It includes massage of the face,head, neck and shoulders and a full marma as well as massage treatment with appropriate use of oils per constitution is given. Head massage calms the mind and nervous system and relaxes the body. It reduces headaches, migraine, sinus and ear problems and is a an excellent remedy for sress, anxiety and irritability, it promotes clarity, peace of mind and balances emotions.

Ayurvedic Back Massage €45

This massage includes pranic healing, massage, marma  and snehana/swedana, reducing Dosha and tension, releasing knots and blockages, rehydrating and regenerating nerve and soft tissue. 

Udvartana , Udgarshana  Global Treatment €60   Local +€10

a massage using powdered herbs to warm, dry and remove congestion where there is too much water, oil or fat in the tissues. This treatment eliminates excess Kapha and breaks down fat cells and improving Agni, digestive power, at all tissue levels, so avoiding future congestion. Udvartana is very useful in conditions such as acne, cellulite, oedema and obesity. This treatment can accompany Abhyanga to remove excess oil or to reduce fat and cellulite in a localised area.

Dehamardana €60

a very stimulating and dispersing massage, Dehamardana is vigorous, stimulating and dynamic, dispelling heaviness of body and spirit bringing, lightness to Kapha or where there is poor circulation, low energy, apathy, excess weight or a lot of cellulite. This massage is very well suited to reducing Kapha and as a preparation for sport and excercise.

Snehana Svedana (included in general treatments at no additional charge)

is the application of heat and oil to a local area to assist the penetration of the oil into the tissues where it removes toxins, relieves pain, tension and spasms and prepares for removal of knots and blockages in muscle and connective tissue. It helps with the healing of scar tissue, adhesions, sprains and can relieve back, neck, shoulder and period pain.this treatment is used in combination with massage and pranic healing for all back, neck, shoulder, disc and nerve problems and to reduce pain and inflammation. This treatment is very calming for Vata as it both warms, rehydrates and reduces excess movement.

Marma Therapy  (full body €60, within another treatment, no additional charge)

Marmas are anatomical acupressure points on the body used for treatment in three ways; to treat the nadis, or subtle energy channels in the body, to treat a specific organ, system function, body part or to treat a Dosha imbalance. Marma therapy can be included in Abhyanga or a full Marma massage can be given.

 Pranic Healing   €45

this is a very gentle but powerful energy technique taught by Swami Ananda to Vaidya Atreya Smith. This Ananda Method balances energy circulation in the spine and nervous system. It reduces blockages in the system and induces a profound release of tension in both body and mind. This technique creates space in the spine facilitating correct alignment and the rehydration of discs and connective tissue reducing back/ neck pain, repairing tissue and is  for those for whom massage is not recommended.
